The director of the Cardiovascular Medicine Department also serves as an expert in the International Department and is a chief physician. He was formerly the director of the Cardiology Department at the 928th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force. He graduated from the First Military Medical University and has been engaged in clinical medicine for over 30 years. After undergoing rigorous training in the Military Clinical Medicine Talent Fund Program, he became a domestic visiting scholar at Peking University. He has received specialized training and further education at Shanghai Changhai Hospital, Beijing 301 Hospital, Guangzhou Nanfang Hospital, the Pearl River Hospital, Medtronic (Shanghai) Heart Institute, and Guangzhou Foreign Languages Institute. He has participated in numerous major military tasks and has been awarded twice with the Third Class Merit, the Exemplary Individual for Cadre Health Care in the Guangzhou Military Region, and the Fifth Hainan Physician Award by the Hainan Provincial Medical Doctor Association.

Good at the diagnosis and treatment of common and difficult cardiovascular diseases, emergency and critical treatment, routine interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, emergency coronary angiography and stent implantation of acute myocardial infarction, pacemaker implantation, etc.
