He graduated from Inner Mongolia Medical University, and previously served as Director of the Internal Medicine Department, the Interventional Cyst Treatment Center, and the Outpatient Department at the General Hospital of the Armed Police Gold Corps Unit No. 1. He has received advanced training in the Emergency Department of the Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University, the Cardiology Department of the Armed Police Hospital, and the Interventional Ultrasound Department of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital. He has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common, frequently occurring, and complex diseases in cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and hepatobiliary internal medicine. He also serves as a correspondent for Medical Journal of the Chinese Peoples Armed Police Forces and an editorial board member for Chinese Journal of Modern Clinical Medicine. He has published over ten papers in national journals and has been awarded a third-class personal merit citation.
