Graduated from Xian Jiaotong University and later pursued further studies at Central South University, obtaining masters and doctoral degrees; in 2018, went to Chonbuk National University in South Korea and obtained a PhD in Medical Engineering in the field of Biomedical Fusion. Conducted research in the field of colon cancer during his postdoctoral stage. Previously worked at Tongji Medical University and Hainan Provincial Peoples Hospital. Since 2011, has been responsible for the health care work for central leaders visiting Hainan, important health care work for provincial leaders, and health care work for the Boao Forum for Asia.
