Tu Ruisha, Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Gastrointestinal Surgery Ward One; Chief Physician; Secretary-General of the Hainan Cancer Prevention and Treatment Association; recognized as a high-level talent in Hainan Province. With 20 years of surgical experience, Dr. Tu previously served as Director of the Department of Oncological Surgery at the PLA 187th Hospital. Since 2018, he has held the position of Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Dr. Tu has solid expertise in endoscopic techniques, having received advanced training at the Peoples Liberation Army General Hospital and Fujian Cancer Hospital. He is dedicated to standardized and personalized cancer treatment and is skilled in the surgical management of thyroid and gastrointestinal tumors.
He serves as chairperson or vice-chairperson in several provincial medical academic committees. In 2018 and 2019, he won first place in the provincial minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery competitions.
Academic achievements: Published 10 academic papers, including 2 indexed in SCI; Principal Investigator of one research project funded by the Hainan Provincial Health Department and one key R&D project funded by the Hainan Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
