Has accumulated certain experience in minimally invasive surgery of thoracic tumors, especially in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of thoracic surgery complications. Has made great efforts to absorb the most advanced and scientific treatment methods in the field of thoracic surgery, and provide diagnosis and treatment services to patients. Since the establishment of the department, he has successfully completed difficult operations such as thoracic laparoscopic three-incision resection of esophageal cancer + three-field lymph node dissection, single-aperture thoracoscopic lobectomy, segmental resection, thoracoscopic sleeve lobectomy, thoracoscopic total thymectomy, etc. Director Wu Jun has in-depth research on minimally invasive thoracic surgery techniques. Currently, the minimally invasive thoracic surgery techniques carried out in the department are thoracoscopic, including lobectomy, segmentectomy, resection of esophageal cancer, resection of esophageal leiomyomatectomy, thoracic catheter ligation, diaphragm hernia repair, paravertebral abscess incision and drainage, pulmonary bullotomy, sympathectomy, thymoma resection, lung biopsy, pleural biopsy, mediastinal biopsy, Heller myotomy, mediastinal cyst resection, pulmonary wedge resection, neurogenic tumor resection, pleuropexy, fenestration of pericardium, lymph node biopsy, etc.
