Qu Jun, a chief physician, is a "good doctor" introduced talent in Hainan Province and a high-level talent in other categories in Hainan Province. He has been engaged in clinical, teaching, and scientific research work since 2007. He has successively studied and received standardized training in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques in urology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, the Kidney Transplant Center, the Peoples Hospital of Peking University, and Beijing Friendship Hospital. He holds a certificate of qualification in flexible ureteroscopy and minimally invasive urology techniques. As the first author and corresponding author, he has published more than 10 national-level articles, and he has edited and participated in the compilation of "New Clinical Urology" and "Clinical Practical Skills in Urology".
