Qu Jun, a chief physician, is a "good doctor" introduced from outside Hainan Province and a high-level talent in other categories in Hainan Province. He has been engaged in clinical, teaching, and research work since 2007. He has successively undertaken advanced studies at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, the Kidney Transplantation Center, the Peoples Hospital of Peking University, and Beijing Friendship Hospital, receiving standardized training in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques for urology. He holds a certificate of proficiency in flexible ureteroscopy and minimally invasive urology techniques. As the first author and corresponding author, he has published more than 10 national-level articles, and he has edited and participated in the compilation of "New Clinical Urology" and "Practical Clinical Skills in Urology".
