As a specially-appointed expert at the Minimally Invasive Intelligent Orthopedic Center, he holds a medical doctorate and serves as an associate chief physician in the Orthopedic Department of Shanghai Sixth Peoples Hospital, affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 2006 and has been dedicated to the clinical and research work related to adult hip and knee joint reconstruction surgery since 2011. He has personally performed nearly a thousand hip and knee joint replacement surgeries annually. He specializes in artificial hip and knee joint replacement surgeries, hip and knee joint revision surgeries, knee osteotomy around the knee joint to preserve the knee, as well as standardized diagnosis and treatment of infections around artificial joint prostheses. He is also skilled in utilizing advanced digital orthopedic technologies such as computer navigation and robotic-assisted surgical systems to enhance the precision of surgical treatments. He has undergone several short-term refresher courses at hospitals in Hong Kong, Germany, and other countries, and in 2017, he spent a year at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, USA, which is renowned worldwide in the field of artificial joints.
