A scholar studying in the United States, an outstanding expert with prominent contributions in Hainan Province, a top-tier talent in Hainan Province, a first-tier talent under the "515 Talent" program in Hainan Province, and an expert of the Hainan Provincial Cadre Medical and Health Care Committee; she has repeatedly undertaken the medical and health care work for central leaders visiting Hainan, and is a leading figure in the field of cardiovascular rehabilitation and health management in Hainan Province, promoting the construction and development of the cardiac rehabilitation system in Hainan Province.

She graduated from Sun Yat-sen Medical University in Guangzhou in 1988 and pursued further studies at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the United States from 2002 to 2004. For 35 years, she has been dedicated to clinical practice, scientific research, and preventive healthcare in the fields of cardiovascular medicine and geriatrics. She possesses profound expertise in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as geriatric conditions.

Hainan Province has taken the lead in carrying out early rehabilitation for acute myocardial infarction and heart failure, providing patients with more personalized and precise medical services, including drug therapy, nutritional guidance, exercise rehabilitation, sleep management, weight management, and so on, to help patients improve cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of recurrent cardiovascular events.
