She graduated from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences in Guangzhou in 1988 and studied at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the United States from 2002 to 2004. She has been engaged in the clinical, scientific research, and preventive healthcare work of cardiovascular medicine and geriatrics for 35 years and has profound attainments in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and geriatric diseases.
