Gao Jihe, Masters Degree, graduated from the Barracks Engineering Program at the Logistics Engineering University of the People’s Liberation Army.
From October 1981 to August 1983, he served as a soldier and clerk in a unit under the Beijing Military Region.
From July 1983 to September 1993, he worked in a unit of the People’s Liberation Army, holding positions such as Platoon Leader, Deputy Company Commander, Assistant Officer, and Section Chief.
From October 1993 to February 2018, he worked at the General Hospital of the Peoples Liberation Army, where he served as Engineer, Deputy Director, Director of the 9051 Office, Director of Administration, Minister of Hospital Affairs, and Vice President.
Since retiring in May 2018, he has been serving as the Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Vice President, and Director of the Logistics Support Department.
