1.Device Technical Features and Performance

This device features an intuitive graphical interface, providing step-by-step navigation for setting up and performing PCR reactions. It offers absolute and relative quantification, mutation detection, SNP analysis, genotyping, screening for mutations at unknown loci, and detecting known mutation sites. It meets the performance and high-throughput real-time quantitative PCR instrument requirements for both research and clinical diagnosis.

2.Clinical Application of the Device

This fully automated real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR analyzer uses a 96-well thermal cycling module. It has high sensitivity, good specificity, and a broad dynamic range. It automatically performs nucleic acid amplification and detection, requiring no manual intervention.
