Fully Automated Microbial Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing System (ARIS 2X) 1 Unit Thermo Fisher

1. Device Technical Features and Performance

ARIS is a fully automated identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing system. The instrument automatically handles operations of the test plates, including incubation and interpretation. The test plates are incubated in the ARIS automated incubation system. Once the set incubation time is reached, the instrument automatically moves the test plates to the automatic interpretation system for fluorescence result reading, and then the results are transmitted to the SWIN software for analysis, providing the final results.

2. Clinical Application of the Device

It can be used to identify common Gram-negative rods, Gram-negative cocci, Gram-positive rods, and Gram-positive cocci. It can also identify Neisseria, yeasts, etc. Furthermore, users can modify the bacterial library according to serum typing, with over 1,000 species of bacteria available for identification.
