Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a common and serious threat to human health. According to statistics, there are approximately 850 million CKD patients worldwide, and the mortality rate caused by CKD is increasing every year. It is projected to become the 5th leading cause of death by 2040.
In order to increase awareness and attention to kidney diseases and to further promote knowledge about prevention and treatment of kidney diseases, the Nephrology Department of Hainan Chengmei Hospital will launch a free consultation event on the morning of March 13. Patients and their families with kidney diseases are welcome to come for consultation.
