During the event, Yang Shufen, the Deputy director of Hainan Cancer Hospital, extended a warm welcome to the visiting HWP team of Taikang Life Insurance on behalf of the hospital. She also provided a detailed introduction to the strategic layout, hospital development history, medical service characteristics, and future development plans of Hainan Chengmei Medical Industry Group. She expressed that as an important complement to social medical insurance, commercial medical insurance is increasingly becoming an essential means of payment for healthcare. During the training and exchange session, Cui Yan, the Deputy general manager of Hainan Chengmei International Health Management Center Co., Ltd., systematically introduced the development of Hainan Cancer Hospital and Hainan Chengmei Hospital. Shu Yue, Deputy chief physician of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic of Hainan Chengmei Hospital, and Jin Hong, Director of the Health Management Center of Hainan Chengmei Hospital, shared health knowledge training such as ‘Make Your Blood Vessels Younger - Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Management’ and ‘Physical Examination Items and Clinical Significance’ with the HWP team, respectively, to popularise the knowledge of prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and to emphasize the significance of health examination.
During the activity, the HWP team also visited the outpatient halls, vip rooms and health management centers of the two hospitals, where they gained a detailed understanding of the hospitals‘ in-house layout, advanced equipment and service processes, and spoke highly of the hospitals’ advanced medical equipment, professional medical teams and warm medical environment.
Zhao Yiyuan, senior HWP of Taikang Life Hainan Branch, said that she benefited greatly from this activity, which not only added to her knowledge of hospital operation and medical procedures, but also popularized some common medical knowledge, laying a solid foundation for becoming a general practitioner for customers.
