Health Insurance Family Account
A Health Insurance Family Account allows insured employees to add family members as sub-accounts (the family members health insurance codes) to their personal health insurance account, also referred to as a "Family Account."
How to use Mobile Health Insurance Family Pay
Insured persons can add family members health insurance codes on the Hainan Health Insurance WeChat Mini Program, and at designated medical institutions payment counters/self-service kiosks, display the health insurance code on behalf of their family members to complete offline health insurance payments for medical visits and medication, or use mobile health insurance payments on the Hainan Chengmei Hospital WeChat Mini Program to complete health insurance cost reimbursements for their family members, achieving card-free accompaniment at medical visits and one-click family payments.
Operating procedure is as follows
01 Link to "Health Insurance Family Account"
Search for “Hainan Health Insurance” on WeChat Mini Program, or download the “Hainan Health Insurance” app from your phones app store.
On the homepage, click on "Family Account" and bind your family relationship (parents, spouse, children).
Click "Go to Bind," read the instructions, fill in the identity information of the person being linked, upload the linkers personal commitment letter and the linked persons ID documents, and the linker undergoes facial recognition authentication, finally requiring the linked person’s authorization.
(Note: Linked persons under 16 only need to upload a Commitment Letter for authorization, while those 16 and older must authorize through facial recognition).
02 Create a Family Mutual Aid
Return to the 【Hainan Health Insurance】 homepage, click on the "Family Mutual Aid" feature, and read the instructions.
Click to create Family Mutual Aid, complete the addition of new member information, and submit the application to establish Family Mutual Aid.

03 Mobile Payment Operation Procedure for Family Accounts
Search "Hainan Chengmei Hospital" in the WeChat Mini Program or scan the QR code below to enter the internet hospital.
Click on "Outpatient Payment"
Select “Patient to Pay”, and for the payment method, choose “Health Insurance”
Authorize Hainan Health Insurance to complete the Family Pay.
Note: After establishing Family Mutual Aid, the mutual aid account can be used for payments.

If this is your first visit, please follow the steps below to complete real-name authentication and medical record creation.
