When 90-year-old Grandma Lin encountered an acute stroke and was rushed to Hainan Chengmei Hospital, an MDT team, formed by experts in geriatric and neurology, was summoned to hold a consultation immediately. Grandma Lin then received thrombolytic therapy within the critical treatment time, followed by a tailored postoperative rehabilitation plan.

Guided by a "stewardship" philosophy of full-cycle care, the team has built a four-session service process covering: admission assessment → personalized nursing → phased rehab guidance → continuous follow-up.
As to create a comfortable environment for patients, the hospital transformed the former decoration style of its clinical spaces and making them warm, inviting spaces full of life, embracing a “homelike” design philosophy.
