As the first hospital in Hainan to establish both an intestinal microecology diagnosis and treatment center and an intestinal microecology clinical research center, Hainan Chengmei Hospital holds a significant advantage in the field of intestinal microecology due to its forward-looking layout, especially with its profound experience in the field of intestinal flora transplantation.
Up to now, the center has successfully implemented dozens of clinical cases of intestinal flora transplantation. Not only has it established a standardized and mature full-process operation system, but it has also gained widespread recognition from patients for its stable and reliable diagnosis and treatment quality, laying a solid foundation for the safety of every subject.
What is the role of intestinal flora transplantation?
Research indicates that 95% of human diseases are associated with imbalances in gut microbiota. Therefore, regulating the balance of gut microbiota is crucial for improving intestinal health and even maintaining overall health.
Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is a novel treatment method for diseases related to intestinal flora imbalance. It involves introducing healthy microbiota into the patients intestine through oral administration or intestinal transplantation, helping patients rebuild a new intestinal microbiota ecosystem, and thus achieving effective intervention in the disease.
It is worth mentioning that the application scope of intestinal flora transplantation is very wide. It can not only address digestive system issues such as constipation and diarrhea, but also be applied to various diseases related to intestinal flora imbalance:
Core indications: Recurrent or refractory Clostridium difficile infection (CDI), recommended by multiple clinical medical guidelines, with an extremely high cure rate;
Diseases of the digestive system: Ulcerative colitis (UC), Crohns disease (CD), functional constipation (FC), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), etc;
Extraintestinal associated diseases:
Nervous system: Parkinsons disease, Alzheimers disease, epilepsy;
Psychiatric system: autism, mood disorders, ADHD, and tics;
Metabolism-related: metabolic syndrome, diabetes;
Tumor-related: enteritis caused by immunotherapy, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy;
Others: radiation enteritis, multi-drug resistant organisms (MDROs) infection, hepatic encephalopathy (HE), etc.
If you or your family members or friends are troubled by "constipation or diarrhea for more than 3 years", why not seize this rare opportunity for free trial and let a professional medical team assist you in maintaining your intestinal health!
