In the 2nd Global Medical Consumer Forum concluded, Hainan Cancer Hospital, Hainan Chengmei Hospital and Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation project of “deep integration of insurance and medicine”, one content of which is to provide whole life cycle health management services for Taikang insurance companys “Diamond” level customers.
In order to speed up the cooperation project, recently, Health Management Center of Hainan Chengmei Hospital carefully planned the first special physical examination activity for Taikang high-end insurance customers, nearly 20 “Diamond” level customers enjoyed the “private customized” special health examination service in the center.
In order to proceed this service perfectly, the service team of the center and Taikang business department made elaborate planning and preparation, opened a “health care” level vip service channel, and accompanied and guided the whole inspection in "one-to-one" service mode. To enhance customers experience of the medical checkup, an exclusive waiting area was also set up, and a fine breakfast and warm small gifts were prepared for customers after the checkup.
