(1) During the epidemic, which entrance should I enter the hospital from?
Entrance of personnel and vehicles to the hospital: South Gate 1.
Warm reminder: To save your time, please present the health code and trip code in advance, and cooperate with the staff to check the codes and test body temperature.
(2) Can we still go to the Outpatient Department or Emergency Department recently?
Yes.
All patients and accompanying persons entering the hospital are required to wear masks (masks with breathing valves are not allowed) and undergo hand hygiene disinfection, receive a temperature test and pre-screening triage including epidemiological history, and present a "health code" and "trip code" before being allowed to enter the outpatient area.
To avoid cross-infection and reduce crowd gathering, please keep a distance of 1 meter after entering the hospital, avoid crowding, wear a good mask, do hand hygiene and disinfection, and strictly enforce the principle of "one person, one consultation in one room".
【Important Notice】
1. The outpatient clinic consultation should be operated by appointment, so please make sure to make an appointment in advance for non-emergency patients (especially for return patients). Please come forward to show your health code and trip code (should be green code) when you visit the clinic.
2. Yellow-coded non-emergency patients who have a history of travel to prefecture-level cities in medium- to high-risk areas in China within the last 14 days or whose travel trajectories intersect with those of confirmed local patients should visit hospitals with fever outpatient clinics.
3. Patients with an asterisk in their travel code should strictly comply with the requirements of the epidemic control in their community and seek medical consultation after having a negative nucleic acid test result and a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours.
4. Patients attending the Stomatology and ENT departments, patients need to take an outpatient pulmonary function test or endoscopy test, and outpatient surgery patients must hold negative nucleic acid results within 48 hours to make an appointment for consultation (subject to sampling time).
5. Hemodialysis patients need to be tested for nucleic acid once a week, where newly admitted hemodialysis patients are required to hold a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours.
6. Patients with acute and critical illnesses should go to the Emergency Department.
7. According to the relevant regulations, patients and accompanying persons who came to the hospital with a history of Sanya residence since March 28, will be admitted to the hospital with a negative nucleic acid test and a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours after strictly complying with the requirements of the epidemic control in their communities.
[Special Note] Because the regional yellow-code-turning personnel needs nucleic acid testing, please go to the government designated sampling points for sampling.
(3) Can I still be hospitalized now?
Yes.
However, we must strictly implement a system of "due diligence" for inpatients and companions.
1. Non-acute critical care green code patients and companions who need to be hospitalized, need to hold a valid nucleic acid test negative report within 48 hours before they are admitted to the hospital.
2. Patients and companions who have a history of residency in the epidemic area or outside the province within the last 7 days and whose trip codes are marked with an asterisk are required to hold the negative results of the "two tests in three days" nucleic acid test and the negative results of the nucleic acid test within 48 hours before they can be admitted to the hospital.
3. The ward was operated with closed management without non-essential escort, patients really need to be escorted must have medical advice and should be relatively fixed, and receive escort wristbands with a valid nucleic acid test negative report within 48 hours , the escorts of whom must not come from the area of medium and high risk.
4. In principle, inpatients are not allowed to be visited, but special patients such as terminal patients, those in critical and serious condition, and post-operative patients of grade 3 and 4 will be visited by the bedside physician according to their condition, and the visiting card will be issued by the head nurse, and only if there is no abnormality in health code, epidemiological survey and temperature measurement and the nucleic acid test is negative within 48 hours, they could be visited after the visitor registering for visiting card with ID card.
5. For patients or companions who are transferred to yellow codes during hospitalization and receive information reminders from departments related to epidemic prevention and control, please report immediately to the doctor and nurse in charge and cooperate with the hospital to implement the requirements and measures related to epidemic prevention and control.
