"Jianbaotong" is a commercial insurance payment and settlement platform established by Taikang Insurance Group and domestic preferred medical institutions with the goal of improving hospital service efficiency and creating the ultimate customer experience, as well as a basic platform for medical insurance cooperation with hospitals to innovate. "Jianbaotong" subverts the traditional post-claim service model and achieved customers "one-stop" claims settlement services and other medical insurance cooperation services through Taikang Lifes core business system and the hospital information system direct connection.
The "Jianbaotong" system realized information interconnection and data sharing with medical institutions and basic medical insurance departments, established a multi-level medical security system for customers, truly realized the service experience of "letting information run more, and patients run less errands", effectively opens up the "last kilometer" of commercial insurance payment, and provides insurance customers with the ultimate medical experience.
Hainan Cancer Hospital, a Grade A cancer hospital in Hainan Province, and Hainan Chengmei Hospital, the first geriatric hospital planned and built according to JCI standards in Hainan, have been widely recognized by the society for its unique institutional advantages, international cutting-edge diagnosis and treatment equipment and strong expert technical strength.
