01 After taking calcium supplements for 5 years, a simple fall caused a wrist fracture
Ms. Chen, who is 60 years old, has always been very attentive to calcium supplementation. She takes imported calcium tablets on time and frequently boils bone soup to supplement calcium in her daily life, without interruption. 1. Without vitamin D, calcium cannot be absorbed at all
