To further standardize the standardized training for nurses, assist standardized training nurses in quickly familiarizing themselves with hospital work patterns, consolidate their nursing theoretical foundation, strengthen their clinical safety thinking, enhance their comprehensive professional and humanistic service abilities, and cultivate a high-quality nursing reserve talent team, our hospital's Nursing Department recently organized the 2026 pre-job standardized training for standardized training nurses. A total of 57 newly recruited standardized training nurses from two hospitals participated in this training.
This training integrates the standardized training syllabus for nurses with the practical needs of hospital clinical settings to establish a comprehensive curriculum system. The content encompasses key areas such as core nursing systems, hospital infection prevention and control, nursing safety management, clinical emergency response, doctor-patient communication skills, professional ethics and practice standards, hospital regulations, humanistic nursing, and essential practical skills for basic specialties. The training adopts a combination of theoretical lectures, case sharing, and interactive Q&A sessions, balancing theoretical learning with a focus on clinical practicality. It aims to assist standardized training nurses in transitioning from academic knowledge to clinical practice and fostering rigorous clinical thinking.
The instructors analyzed the key work points based on real clinical cases, examined common clinical risks, and integrated institutional requirements into practical work scenarios. The participating standardized training nurses exhibited a rigorous learning attitude, meticulously recorded key content, and actively participated in classroom discussions. Everyone expressed that the pre-job training was pragmatic and highly instructive, clarifying the learning objectives and work requirements during standardized training and laying a solid foundation for subsequent clinical practice rotations in various departments.
Next, our hospital's Nursing Department will strictly implement the entire training process, including subsequent rotation teaching, practical training, and phase assessments, in accordance with the detailed rules for standardized training. We will continue to improve the standardized training system and manage the process effectively, helping standardized training nurses hone their skills and grow rapidly, and accumulating a solid reserve force for the high-quality development of hospital nursing.
