1. Sudden explosive severe headache

Professor Zheng Yin explained that sudden severe headache is the most typical and earliest initial sign of acute cerebral hemorrhage.

It is completely different from an ordinary headache: it is not a dull or throbbing pain, but a sudden, explosive, throbbing pain that strikes without warning, often occurring at the back of the head or temples. Rest, sleep, or taking ordinary painkillers cannot alleviate the pain, which continues to worsen.

This is the pain caused by imminent rupture or microbleed of cerebral blood vessels, rapid increase in intracranial pressure, and compression of brain tissue. 2. Non-induced projectile vomiting

3. Unilateral limb numbness and weakness

Limb numbness caused by prolonged sitting and improper sleeping posture is generally bilateral and symmetrical, and can be restored after a few minutes of movement. Sudden weakness and numbness of one side of the limbs, inability to exert strength, inability to hold a water glass, phone falling unexpectedly, limping when walking, and leaning to one side.

4. Suddenly, the speech becomes unclear and the expression becomes confusing

Originally fluent and clear in speech, one suddenly becomes tongue-tied, slurring and stuttering, unable to express what they want to say, and even unable to understand others' speech, answering irrelevantly.

This is a typical manifestation of hemorrhage compressing the language center of the brain and causing damage to neural function.
