Zhang Xianlong, a chief physician, professor, medical doctor, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral supervisor, currently serves as the leader of the joint surgery department at the National Orthopedic Medical Center and as the honorary president of Hainan Chengmei Hospital.
He has successively won the "Silver Snake Award" of the Ninth Shanghai Health System and the title of "People's Famous Doctor - Outstanding Achievements" in the Fifth Edition, and has been selected as one of the top 2% of top scientists worldwide for three consecutive years. He has undertaken multiple national, provincial, and ministerial-level scientific research projects, published more than 190 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, edited and translated many medical monographs, and obtained multiple patents and scientific and technological progress awards.
He serves as the deputy head of the Arthroplasty Group of the Orthopedics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, holds important positions in multiple national medical academic organizations, and concurrently serves as the international deputy editor of the Journal of Arthroplasty (JOA) as well as the deputy editor-in-chief and editorial board member of several medical journals.
