•Abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, and cooperate closely with the medical staff to complete all medical services and measures taken. Follow rules and regulations of the hospital and do not go out or sleep outside during the hospital stay.
•The hospital fully implements the non-essential non-visitation and non-essential non-accompaniment system, and does not promote visitation during the epidemic prevention and control period. If you do need to visit, please observe the relevant national and hospital regulations, and only one person is allowed to visit at a time, the visiting time is from 11:30 to 12:30; 17:30 to 18:30.
•During your stay in the hospital, please observe the rest time of the ward: 12:30-14:00, 21:30-7:00 for rest time, and keep the ward clean and quiet.
• Please take good care of public property, save water and electricity, and protect all public facilities. Do not move items out of the ward or deliver them to others for use, and damage to public property should be compensated at the price.
• The wristband is your identification during your stay in the hospital and is the basis for the medical staff to confirm your identity.
• Beware of falling down during hospitalization, please wear soft-soled non-slip slippers, if you need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
• When the patient is receiving treatment (infusion rate, catheter care, etc.), the companion or patient shall not operate without authorization. If you have any questions, please contact the responsible nurse.
• We are a smoke-free hospital. Please do not smoke in the ward or other public places. Patients are strictly prohibited from smoking. If family members want to smoke, please go to the smoking area of the hospital.
• In order to ensure the safety of electricity consumption of patients during hospitalization, all kinds of small appliances such as electric saucepan, electric water cup, rice cooker, etc. are not allowed to be used in the ward, and do not use the power socket on the equipment, so as not to affect emergency treatment.
In order to provide you with better quality services, we offer a series of special care services:
• The first "APN (Advanced Practice Nurse)" nursing team in the province. The APN nurse will travel with the patient to develop a personalized care for you.
• The first "nursing butler" service of the province. Be a "caring person" for patients and their families. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact the nursing manager.
•Set up special unaccompanied wards, where all medical, nursing and living care of patients during hospitalization will be undertaken by professional medical staff and caregivers with no family members accompanying or accompanying without nursing.
• Carry out nursing specialist outpatient service; Including rehabilitation nursing technology clinic, blood glucose management clinic, elderly chronic disease health education clinic and so on.
• Set up music club, book bar and tea room, welcome your presence.
• Set up the rehabilitation club, you can participate in which under the guidance of the nurse, as long as its needed, you can contact us at any time after discharge.
