He is skilled in robot-assisted artificial joint replacement surgeries (hip, knee, and unicompartmental), and is the first expert in China to perform robotic surgeries (total hip, total knee, and unicompartmental). He excels in small-incision minimally invasive hip and knee joint replacements, as well as hip resurfacing arthroplasty. He is proficient in primary complex hip joint replacements, such as those for ankylosed hips, sequelae of pyogenic hip infections, post-acetabular fracture surgeries, and congenital hip dysplasia (high dislocation). Additionally, he specializes in primary complex knee joint replacements, addressing severe deformities caused by conditions like severe varus and valgus deformities, flexion contracture deformities, ankylosed knees, Charcot joint disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and other diseases, as well as total knee arthroplasty for obese patients with a high BMI. Furthermore, he is adept at revision hip/knee arthroplasty surgeries, tackling issues like periprosthetic fractures and aseptic loosening due to osteolysis, particularly periprosthetic infections.

I. On September 21, 2024, the Joint Surgery Robot Clinical Application Training Center of the National Orthopedic Medicine Center was established.
